Mail forwarding Legal Requirements

Must Do the Following:

You must fill out and notarize Post Office Form 1583 and upload it to us and the two forms of ID.

to Authorize Virtual Domicile to Receive Your Mail. To prevent anyone but you from using our service to get your mail, U.S. Postal regulations require you to file a delivery consent form (USPS Form 1583) designating us as your mail-receiving agent. This requirement is enforced by federal law, and applies without exception to all of our customers in and outside of the U.S.

Send to us at least two primary ID documents from List A, below.

Acceptable Forms of Identification:

•  Driver’s License
•  State ID
• Armed Forces ID
• Government ID
• University ID
• Recognized Corporate ID
• Passport
• Alien Registration Card
• Current Lease, Mortgage or Deed
• Voter Registration Card
• Home or Vehicle Insurance Policy
• Vehicle Registration

Uploading or Mailing the Forms and Accompanying Documents:

You will need to provide to us:

• Your notarized Form 1583 consent form for each addressee.
• Copies of 2 types of ID, from the above acceptable forms of identification list.

Please do not use our address without meeting these legal requirements first. Any mail that we receive without an account or authorization from us first, will be returned as "refused/return to sender". Once you have subscribed to the services you will be able enter our mailbox platform to retrieve your mail.
